Raw Curry Macaroni and Cheese
1 cup Macadamia nuts or Cashews (I used mostly macadamia nuts and threw in about 1/4 cup cashews)
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup water
¼ cup soft sundried tomatoes (soak if necessary)
Scant ¼ cup white miso
1 teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon curry powder
2 Zucchinis cut into tiny bite size pieces (you can make spaghetti noodles from the zucchini too if you’d like)
1. Put all ingredients except the zucchini together in the food processor. Process until smooth. Add more water to thin if desired.
2. Toss the zucchini noodles in just enough of the sauce so that the pieces are coated. Serve and enjoy.

2. A Tale of Two Batters
Brownie Prepare your pan according to brownie package instructions. Mix the batter according to package instructions*. Fold in the bacon bits. *For more bacony goodness, you replace a little of the required oil with bacon grease. Cheesecake Place softened cream cheese in a bowl and beat until smooth. Beat in sugar, egg, and vanilla.

Pour your bacon brownie batter into the prepared pan. 4. Baking
Bake brownies as usual. You may have to extend the baking time because of the added ingredients. Test for brownie doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center. When it comes out clean, the brownies are done.
